Who we are

Nexus Health Mobility International ("NHMi", "we", "us") is a UK-based healthcare mobility consultancy at 367 A Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data you share with us. You can reach us about privacy at info@nhmi.co.uk.

What we collect

We collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone, country), professional information (qualifications, CV, registration and regulatory documents, references), and correspondence and booking details when you contact us or book a consultation. Some documents may contain health-related information, which counts as special category data.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your data to assess your eligibility and deliver the services you ask for (performance of a contract), to respond to enquiries and improve our service (legitimate interests), and, where needed and for any special category data, on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with your consent, with trusted providers who help us operate the service (for example secure hosting, scheduling and payment processing) under written data-processing terms, or where the law requires it. We are a consultancy, not a recruitment agency, so we do not pass your details to employers without your instruction.

International transfers

Because we support clients in Kenya and other countries, your data may move between those countries and the UK. Where it leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, to keep it protected.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data for up to 24 months after your last engagement with us, so we can support you if you return or reapply. Where the law requires us to keep certain records for longer, such as financial records we must retain for six years for HMRC, we keep those for the required period only. After that, we securely delete or anonymise your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain, both to us directly (we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days) and to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right, contact info@nhmi.co.uk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can manage your choices through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date will always appear on this page.

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms explain how NHMi works with you. By booking a consultation or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Nexus Health Mobility International ("NHMi") is a UK-based healthcare mobility consultancy at 367 A Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands United Kingdom. We guide internationally trained healthcare professionals through UK registration and related steps.

2. Our services

We provide guidance, coaching and advisory support, including eligibility assessment, pathway mapping, exam and OSCE preparation, CV and application support, and relocation guidance. We are a consultancy, not a recruitment agency, and we do not place candidates into jobs or guarantee employment.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Decisions on registration rest solely with the relevant regulators (for example the GMC, NMC or HCPC), and decisions on employment rest with employers. We help you prepare and present the strongest possible application, but we cannot and do not guarantee registration, exam results, visas or job offers.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete and honest information, and to provide genuine documents. Our guidance is only as reliable as the information you share with us. You are responsible for meeting deadlines and requirements set by regulators, employers and immigration authorities.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for each service or package are shown in pounds sterling before you commit. We accept payment by debit or credit card, bank transfer, Wise, and M-Pesa through our approved payment partner. Payment is due at the point of booking unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will never affect a service you have already paid for.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a booked service within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as we have not yet started delivering it. This is your statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law. If you ask us to begin sooner and we have already started, we will refund the fee for any part of the service not yet delivered, less a fair amount for the work already done. Consultations rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged. For missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge the consultation fee in full. Because registration, exam results and visa decisions are made by third parties and not by us, fees are not refundable simply because an outcome was unsuccessful.

7. Regulatory independence

NHMi is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the GMC, NMC, HCPC, NHS, UKVI, or any Kenyan regulator or training institution. References to these bodies are for guidance only.

8. Intellectual property

Materials we create for you, including guides, templates and coaching content, remain the property of NHMi and are provided for your personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute them without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, NHMi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes decided by third parties such as regulators, employers or immigration authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your information in confidence and handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date will always appear on this page.
